4. Negotiation & contract check: We communicate with the landlord, negotiate where possible, and check all documents.
5. Contract & Handover: We check or handle the rental contract and provide guidance up to and including the key handover.
6. No cure, no pay & fixed fee: We work entirely on a no cure, no pay basis. Only when we have found a suitable home for you do we charge a fee equal to one month's rent.
